HanweChang’s Blur Farming Success, Whale Investments Boost Azuki Collection, and a $1.8M Bid

I would love to say Happy Martes to every single one of you, but these past few weeks have been quite a rollercoaster. Still, we are fighters and creators of our own destinies – I got a bit philosophical right there so back to web3 and any highlight that caught my attention these days.

HanweChang continues to seize opportunities to farm and maximize profits. You can see his success in the statement and report provided by the amazing Sam from Proof, which illustrates his prominent position on the charts. He is currently dominating at number 1 on BLUR by farming, and I can only imagine how much money he will make once the new $BLUR token airdrop is released, given all his hard work.

It appears that Azuki is following in the footsteps of Pudgy Penguins, venturing into the Toy section by releasing a plushie of their iconic character, Bob the Farmer. Bob is a name well-known in the web3 community since Azuki’s entry into the space. Luca Netz has shown that there are alternative methods to expand and draw more attention to web3, breaking the stigma that NFTs are dead.

According to the statement from the founder and creator of Azuki, Zagabond, the plushie is now available on Amazon. Depending on how this venture unfolds, they may gather data and potentially emulate the successful approach of Pudgy Penguins.

Something extremely cool that happened was that World of Women created a Monopoly game inspired by their projects and collections. From what I have seen in the videos and photos that have been shared all around social media, the game looks very sophisticated and true to their NFT iconic characters. It’s a bit pricey and once you see the price, you would instantly scream (In this economy?). But I understand that for the quality, the customizations, the other characters that are added for you to play from other communities, and the many other factors, it seems reasonable for those who would love to buy it.

It looks super fun and innovative which is something crucial to survive during this time in this bear market that keeps eating us alive day by day. Projects need to survive, evolve, adapt, and innovate in order to make it until the end.

Y00ts finally migrated from Polygon to Etherium and this started on October 15th with a timeline to transfer your NFTs in 7 days so by now, everything has been done. But it’s nice that Frank and his team finally have both of their projects and collections on the same chain. One great thing was that for those who did the migration on the very first day, they didn’t have to pay any gas fees in other to do so which is always a plus, and got the opportunity to maybe get a free y00t NFT.

The following is the list of the winners who took this chance and got a free NFT for migrating within the first 24 hours of the announcement.

Here is a screenshot of the market around 6 a.m. on Monday, October 23rd. Comparing it with other times, we can see some promising green projects, which is encouraging. Notably, for the Azuki collection, it’s worth mentioning that a whale invested nearly $500k USD into their projects, giving them a significant boost.

To end things on an impressive note, I’m sharing a bid from someone with a lot of trust in web3, crypto, and big pockets to a CryptoPunk .
